The Wind over Water project included a series of panels and workshops on migration to, from, and within East Asia. The project was developed to highlight the empirical, theoretical, and policy lessons to be drawn from an East Asian experience with migration that sometimes parallels, yet often diverges from, the North American and European experiences.
