It's trivial to keep track of the dates in the Heptal Calendar - Monday week 6 is always exactly one week after Monday week 5 - but you need a chart if you want to convert between Heptal dates and the Gregorian dates that everyone else (unfortunately) still uses. Here it is:
Colors represent different seasons (Heptal Calendar) and shading represents different months (Gregorian Calendar). I find it useful to divide the 13-week season into 1st 4 weeks, last 4 weeks, and middle 5 weeks, so I've used horizontal lines to mark those.
