Part 3: Into Concise Words

a) In writing, use:

      • active constructions
      • short paragraphs (see 2.a)
      • no unnecessary words
      • no ambiguity
      • no esoteric jargon

b) In organization, delete:

      • basic background
      • laborious history
      • abstract theoretical discussions
      • information of interest to only a small sector of your chosen audience
      • advanced information suitable only for 'experts'
      • topics that deserve their own space
