This week, be prepared for the research conference by choosing a viable topic for your career research for the remainder of the semester. For the research paper, be able to justify your initial choice of employer both personally and based on research in grey literature. Make sure the Visual Presentation will present a new and important upgrade to your career where your choice of leadership style is visible in scholarly research as well as in the commercial or nonprofit world. Above all, be sure it is interesting and valuable to you. Prepare a half-page explanation of your reasoning to bring to the research conference. |
