A good source of molecules is the ChemSpider website http://www.chemspider.com/. Search for molecule. When the 2D structure appears, click on the floppy disk icon below it to save the molecule as a .mol file. Click on the 3D icon to see the molecule in 3D in a small window.You can rotate and resize the molecule.
