Module 3.3 - Color

Aquamarine
Hex color: #7fffd4

Aquamarine is located between turquoise (light blue-green) and sea green (dark blue-green).

Color Psychology infrequently mentions Aquamarine specifically, so here's some information I found about the Teal or Turquoise Color Family.

Blues are seen as non-threatening colors because they are associated with the sky, the ocean, and other calming presences. Specifically, blues in the turquoise scheme are considered calm, sophisticated, and tranquil, while they also may have calming physiological effects, such as lowering appetite and blood pressure. Blue is one of the most popular color of adults in the United States, so it is often used as a base color for websites or products, and is often used in conjunction with greens, yellows, oranges, and pinks to create a warm or cool contrast for higher user engagement.
