Agenda:

1. Verify: he wants a read-only searchable database by the end of March/beginning of April

§ Upon completion: conduct usability testing

2. Define the category scheme & verify the categories
3. Bridge the gap between us and VDOE- we need more direct connection

§ We need the verification of the rubric and the sections that we put it in

§ Meetings with VDOE with Mike, but not speaking or Mike not attending

§ Meeting with TA’s on Monday: 2/23, keep us as part of that meeting

Formative Evaluation:

Needs:

• To test the acceptability of a prototype
• Does it fit the context of what they are doing?-adaptability
• Do they see themselves using it?
• Does the process and layout fit the work?
• Do you see the utility of the categories make sense?
• Does it fit their work?
• Do they think that it will meet the public’s needs?
• Does it meet the public’s needs?

Purpose:

In order to produce the schema and test the prototype find out if our prototype works to verify the information related to the categories to improve the schema.

Evaluation:

Does it fit their work so that the prototype works to verify the information related to the categories to improve the schema.
