T/Tac Online Training outline for April 20th presentation
- Held joint meeting with T/TAC Group Two and Mike to prepare presentation
for the Virginia Directors of Special Education quarterly meeting
on April 20. Checked status of tasks. Mike announced that he has
received approval to add a new section: SOL Lessons with Enhanced
Scope and Sequence materials which have been modified to meet the
needs of students with disabilities for Standards of Learning exams.
We discussed color for new tab. New page will be added before Richmond
meeting
- Completed development phase of content development workshop.
- Conducted
formative evaluation of workshop and incorporated feedback into
materials.
- Tested one-graphic template with PowerPoint to develop
methods to effectively transfer PowerPoint slides into system.
- Revised
introduction to T/TAC Online video script. Videotaped new version.
- Re-revised
introduction to T/TAC Online video script, including SOL Lessons.
Videotaped and edited new version.
- Captured new screen shots and
recreated PowerPoint slides for revised version of T/TAC Online
video.
- Acquired and installed PowerPoint 2003 and Microsoft Producer
to create Introduction to T/TAC Online video.
