  • Meet with T/TAC Group Two, Mike and Shuangbao on Wednesday to review status of site from user perspective in preparation for April 20 presentation.

  • Follow-up with GMU Media Center to acquire a copy of Producer for revision of Introduction to T/TAC Online video.

  • Review Introduction to T/TAC Online video to write required copy changes and document required image changes.

  • Summarize staff survey on graphics ability and program access.

  • Update tutorials based on feedback gathered from recent usability tests and reviews.

  • Create several small Webshops that deal with various aspects of creating webshops.

  • Update database with usability issues discovered in the most recent usability tests.
  • Issues / Concerns:
Need to organize and prioritize site issues maximize use of Shuangbao's time between now and site launch.

There are several projects in the works which need elements in synch with the final project (Mary's course, system tutorials, video clip and content development tutorial). In order for the site and the supporting materials to match as of April 20, visual changes to the final site need to be completed asap. (This may or may not be an issue as emails from Shuangbao indicate he is working on updates to the visuals this week.)
