Status Report

Accomplishments: |
- Monday meeting with Mary Wilds to discuss online content posting
issues
- Laptop issue was resolve with the assistance of Shuangboa
and Raymond.
- Mary successfully uploaded Webshop on TTAC Online.
- Mary identified several functional issues with T/TAC Online
during her usability testing.
- Shuangboa resolved several issues, as they were uncovered
during the usability testing.
- Tuesday meeting with Mary Wilds and Amy Fulcher to discuss site-wide
issues from the user perspective.
- Reported on the CEC conference.
- Evaluation items:
- Flash video has been discussed with Dr. Behrmann. Shuangboa
will make additions to T/TAC Online to accommodate Flash.
- Preproduction workflow description is reaching its completion
stages.
- Continued to conduct usability tests.
- Workshop content evaluation Phase One completed.

Plans: |
- Deliver the items below for the Content development evaluation
the week we return from spring break.
- Make recommendations based on findings.
- Provide a review of findings.
- Incorporate findings into support materials for content developers.
- System Issues:
- Shuangboa will correct all remaining issues by April 10.
- A weekly update on all remaining system issues will be suggested.
- Identify all new task for T/TAC online and distribute amongst
the group.
- System evaluation items:
- Shuangboa will address the flash video addition to T/TAC Online.
- Preproduction workflow descriptions report update.
- Results of usability test report for group.
- Further usability testing will occur.
- Plan to meet with T/TAC 2 to discuss a plan of action for resolving
outstand issues on the Resource and Event section of T/TAC.
- Work on developing Webshop tutorials.
- Documents on project site will be updated

Issues /
Concerns: |
- Resources and Events portion of T/TAC online has been added to
the plate for both group 1 and 2. A meeting should occur with group
2 to discuss a plan of action. (The two groups need to coordinate
a time to meed to begin this process.) This is an high priorty item.
