Status Report
February 19, 2004

Accomplishments:
  • Gathered list of T/TAC online staff that will participate in the usability tests.
  • Wrote the outline of the first tutorial “who to create a webshop using T/TAC online system”.
  • Searched for what procedures are the most appropriate for making PowerPoint presentations accessible.
  • Compiled list of considerations and best practices for creating online learning content.
  • Based on this list, created checklist for evaluation of existing workshop materials.
  • Started evaluation process.
  • Jolin, Mona, Robert and Joan presented a session introducing T/TAC Online at the Council for Exceptional Children's Virginia State Conference in Charlottesville.
Plans:
  • We will be meeting with Dr. Behrmann Monday, 2/23/04 at 2:30 in an effort to align team priorities with sponsor needs.
  • We will prepare contents-media and text files- that will be used in the usability tests.
  • We will prepare script and tasks that will guide the participants in the usability tests.
  • We will start contacting T/TAC staff and setting appointment for the usability tests.
  • We will start creating Tutorial for creating webshop and minicourse using T/TAC online.
Issues / Concerns:
  • Want to prioritize activities in order to make the best use of time available to support successful April 20 launch of T/TAC Online.
