Critical Fixes:

Create a Webshop - Preview Function

• Need to review how this should work:

o What options are available on the Preview Page

o Whether it opens as a new window

o Default navigation upon exit from page

Create a Webshop - Select a Template Function

• Need to review how template selection works with new layout

o Order in which tasks are completed – select template/enter text

o Identification of default template

Create a Webshop - Add Content Pages

• Should there be feedback at completion of each page?
• Are the options at end of each Add Content Page clear?- Does it need a “Save” Option?
• Is there more than one title per page?
• When entering text into the 2-graphic template, text does not always appear when the Webshop is published. It does appear if you re-enter the text using the “Edit” function. Is there a minimum text requirement?
• Alt Text, Caption, Graphic Source – The “Why” link has been removed. Should this be replaced?

Create a MiniCourse - Publish

• Publish page not completed – arrows, filter, sort
• Buttons, graphics inconsistent with Create a Webshop graphics (Step 1, Step 2, Step 3)
• Add “delete” and “preview” to this page?

View a Webshop - Flow

· After viewing a Webshop, user is taken to “My Webshops” page regardless of where they were when they launched the Webshop.

Site-wide – Left Bar

· For which functions should the list of categories appear?

· Should there be a bar on every page – even when there is no list of categories?

Site-wide -- Page Titles

· Review for consistency

Site-wide -- Breadcrumbs

· Small type size

· Should they be links?

Site-wide – Link Identification

· Some links become underlined on mouse over, others do not

Site-wide – Page Length - Scrolling

· Should there be a default page length to minimize scrolling to access action buttons?

Site-wide – Error Messages

· Team needs to review all verbiage for clarity

· Missing Alt Text prompt noted as example

Accessibility

· Breadcrumbs – small, low contrast color

· Newly designed buttons

o Low contrast – difficult to read text

· Light blue bar on left – low contrast

· Resizing text in IE – can this be available?

· Location of prompt for password – move so screen readers will read it after the “Enter” button

· Check for “Alt” tags on all graphics (including red arrows to change course sequencing)

Nice to Have:

Create a Webshop – Save Webshop

· Text size of “Choose “Publish” if you are ready to publish” is small

· No breadcrumbs on this page

Create a Minicourse – Select Webshops

· Review process to view Webshops before adding to course list – can this be done directly from this page?

View a Webshop – Scrolling

· Can we minimize scrolling to access “Continue” buttons?

My Course Page – Edit Function

· Where does this take user – able to edit from this location?

Site Index

· Needs to be updated to revised site

Site-Wide – Buttons

· Review for consistency/relevance/labels

o For example: Is it “Add Courses” or “Add Mini-courses” on the My Courses page?

o For example: On Course Profile page – “Continue” or “Select Webshops”?

o Revisit darker background on “Create a Webshop” button

o “Cancel” button should be last choice wherever it is offered
