Summary: T/TAC Teams 1 & 2 met with Dr. Behrmann and Shuangbao to review all sections of T/TAC site first from the end-user (public) perspective, then from the staff (back-end) perspective to check for functionality and consistency in preparation for the April 20 meeting with the Virginia Directors of Special Education.

Several tasks were identified which were assigned to team members for completion. Completed tasks are to be sent to Tara by Noon on Sunday, April 11 to compile and pass along to Shuangbao. Shuangbao indicated he needs all changes in writing by Monday in order to complete them before the April 20 deadline.
Communication Updates :

The group walked through all pages on the site, first from the public perspective, then from the staff perspective.

Barbara compiled a detailed list of all agreed changes.
