Summary: T/TAC Teams One and Two met with Dr. Behrmann to discuss plans for April 20 presentation to the Directors of Special Education for the State of Virginia. Audience areas of interest were identified. A plan for presenting the information in a way which will engage the audience was developed and responsiblities were divided up among group members. Weekly follow-up meetings were scheduled. Tara will serve as project manager.

Shuangbao has a laptop which can operate as the server.
We believe the server can also serve as a client so can be the single PC required.
We will project from the laptop.

Presentation Scope
We will present the whole site: Welcome/Logon, Events, Resources, Training and School Improvement

Presentation Focus
Focus will be on the public (end-user) side of the site.
Audience will want to know “What will this do for my teacher staff?”
Some in audience may write grants.
We may want to show the State Calendar just to get feedback on whether that format should be applied to the T/TAC public calendar.

Presentation Sequence
Introduction -- 20 minutes
Home Page -- 15 minutes
Events -- 10 minutes
Resources -- 10 minutes
Training -- 25 minutes
LIP -- 20 minutes
Q&A -- 20 minutes

Presentation Strategy
Personas will be developed as follows:
Events -- Administrator & Teacher
Resources -- Teacher & Parent
Training -- Teacher
LIP -- High School Principal & Parent

Focus of Presentations by Area Include:
Home Page -- Introduction to T/TAC video clip, overview of T/TAC Regions, logon process (no id required), categories (meaning & use), links on left bar
Events -- purpose and use of page by 1 or 2 personas, view by category or view by month (may show VDOE calendar to get feedback on design?)
Resources -- purpose and use of page by 2 personas
Training -- purpose and use of page by 2 personas, logon to take a class (create id), [class completion certificate--added after meeting]
LIP -- purpose and use by 2 personas

Additional Tasks
Introduction to T/TAC Online Video Clip -- obtain software and source files and update
Audience Feedback Survey -- to be distributed to attendees at start of presentation so they can take notes to provide feedback
Brochure -- take-away document with overview of site benefits and features
