Discussion of design changes and assignments. We reviewed the list of "Who Does What By When (WDWBW) Also discussed the alt tag vs alt desc.

Team members are to send Lucinda all finished updated graphics, which will be forwarded to SB

 Rob will take a look at the schedule, make some tentative revisions and discuss with team.

 Discussion about the structure and purpose of the evaluation plan. Decided to take Brenda's coaching and change our process to help us develop both an over-arching plan and usability test.

Came to a general consensus about the methodology, Trista and Claudette are reorganizing the data to get a clearer view of the process.

Claudette and Rob will revise scenerios for usability plan. Trista and Lucinda will create a survey to be sent to T/TAC staff and teachers.

Usability testing Feb 27 (GMU) Feb 28 (VCU).
March 6 Road Show and brief usability test (JMU)
