Accomplishments
  • Decided on team meeting times: Tuesdays at 3pm
  • Decided to meet every Tues-Thurs at 9:30am to coordinate before entire group session
  • Decided team roles:
    • Meredith- Project Manager
    • Jennifer- Client Contact and Format Manager
    • Tsehaye- Webmaster
    • Aanal- Webmaster
    • team roles will stay the same
  • Going to rotate the facilitator and note taker positions weekly
  • Began project web site and posted a basic index page online
  • Examined other T/TAC sites, determined
  • Wrote team vision, mission, goals
  • Wrote project vision, mission, goals
