  •  Decided on meeting time at 9am at least once a week on Tuesdays. (This time may change to the afternoon depending on traffic)

  • facilitator and notetaker roles will rotate weekly (they will be two different people each week)
  • facilitator must create and provide an agenda for the meeting
  • notetaker will submit notes the next day to the group and webmaster
  • when should tasks be finished?
  •  wait until afternoon to decide roles
  • major due dates- task should be completed 3 days before
