  • Each member shared list of responsibilities that she feels define her specific team role (Webmaster, Project Manager, Client Contact, and Format Manager)
  • Set a deadline for group by looking at the schedule
  • Who and what to add; who will make list and when
  • Set meeting dates; what to do before meeting?
  • Went through document with checklist; agreed on change; determined who would make change

  • Made minor edits as a group; everyone agreed on the list for each team member's role; will be posted on team website
  • Draft done 10/29; final needs to be posted 11/5
  • Everyone over the weekend will make list of all resources she has used and e-mail to Aanal
  • Meeting date- Monday (11/1) 2pm; need to do individual brainstorming before meeting
