Meredith Riddile's Responsibilities:
Project Manager
Monitors group status:
keeps lists of group tasks
notes who is responsible for which tasks
sets deadlines
monitors progress on tasks
Writes weekly status reports
Creates and updates monthly calendars (on team website and Yahoo group calendar)
Begins or tracks who is developing the working draft of a document
Keeps final copies of all documents (paper and electronic)
Proposes additional meetings
Helps to determine purpose of meeting
Writes agendas based on upcoming deadlines
Composes or helps to compose presentation materials
Once a month:
Prepares agenda and acts as facilitator for weekly team meeting
Records minutes for weekly team meeting
