Meredith Riddile's Responsibilities:


Project Manager

  • Monitors group status:
    • keeps lists of group tasks
    • notes who is responsible for which tasks
    • sets deadlines
    • monitors progress on tasks

  • Writes weekly status reports
  • Creates and updates monthly calendars (on team website and Yahoo group calendar)
  • Begins or tracks who is developing the working draft of a document
  • Keeps final copies of all documents (paper and electronic)
  • Proposes additional meetings
    • Helps to determine purpose of meeting
    • Writes agendas based on upcoming deadlines

  • Composes or helps to compose presentation materials

Once a month:

  • Prepares agenda and acts as facilitator for weekly team meeting
  • Records minutes for weekly team meeting
