- Talked about the color scheme of the project site
- Discussed the various elements that were to be placed on the project site
- Reviewed project sites that had been administered by the previous immersion groups
- Decided to upload the basic architecture of the project site on the tonka server
- Templates of forms etc. to be uploaded on the tonka server
- Decided to pen down individual thoughts on Vision, Team goals, Norms, Roles and Responsibilities
