T/TAC Group 1 Status as of November 14, 2003

Accomplishments:
  • Created flowcharts for our project.
  • Posted flowcharts on the project site.
  • Reviewed flowcharts with Shuangbao Wang and Mike Behrmann.
  • Started wireframes.
Plans:
  • Leslie & Kirk will update flowcharts based on discussion with Shuangbao & Mike.
  • The team will review wireframes & flowcharts this weekend.
  • Present our group’s status to other groups on Monday.
Issues / Concerns:
 In our efforts to simplify the webshop upload process, we eliminated some steps in the webshop creation process. When we presented these ideas to Mike on October 29, he accepted our plans, but added new requirements to our scope. Incorporating these new requirements has placed the finalization of the flowcharts and wireframes by Monday, November 17 at risk.
