T/TAC Group 1 Status as of September 19, 2003

Accomplishments:
 1. Created the basis of the Performance Analysis document
2. Met and made decisions on key sources to begin information gathering with
3. Assigned team members to information sources
4. Met with team lead to refine questions for sources and discuss data gathering
5. Began developing formal data gathering plan
6. Carried out 1 interview with Mike Behrmann to gather initial stakeholder perspective.
Plans:
 For the coming week:
1. Continue data gathering
2. Start to finalize questions for sources
3. Continue working on Performance Analysis document
4. Finalize Team Goals and Mission Statement
5. Finalize Project Site design
