Identify and Prioritize Project Objectives

Define Scope of Project

Identified, discussed and prioritized key areas to be addressed to improve usability of the T/TAC Online webshop creation system and define the scope of our project.

Mona reported that Shuangbao is working on a list of 4-5 critical issues which should be completed by the end of this week.

Issues were organized into the following categories:

  1. Usability Problems
  2. Metaphor/Structure of Training Presentations
  3. T/TAC Staff Training
    • Technical Pre-Production Workflow
    • Webshop Creation Process
    • Webshop to Create a Webshop
  4. Two-Way Communication
  5. Visual Design of Interface

Plans for Implementation

While much of the work will be dependent on Shuangbao & Mike's feedback from the proposed single-level workshop format, tasks which could proceed were delegated as listed below.

The team decided to work on assigned tasks through the week-end, then hold a day-long working session on Monday using input from the week-end's research.
