Workshop Upload
Process

Met with Shuangbao to discuss the workshop upload process.

Team members brought their notes from usability testings for review with Shuangbao.

Went through the process together using several scenarios, making notes of areas where we had identified usability concerns.

Shuangbao reported that he had identified Mary Wilds's issue which Leslie and he had been working to solve.

Identified issues to be summarized and shared with Shuangbao. He will then discuss with us priorities and time lines.

Shuangbao noted that some of the proposed additions had been included in previous versions, then removed at the request of the last term's group so required code is already written.

He suggested we review flow charts from Phase Four and Phase Six and compare them with our notes for additional information. He noted that Phase Four did good work.

Team members each selected 2-3 use cases to create and bring to the meeting tomorrow.
