| TOPIC ONE: Report data from Monday's usability testing session |
The usability testing was very disappointing. The T/TAC staff doesn't understand the relationship between elements of PowerPoint documents. They don't understand the workflow of how things need to be rebuilt to be transferred into webshops. (That images need to be separate from text and all need to be stored in same directory, etc.) Additional issues were discussed which will be documented in the data collection template. Suggested that we talk with Shambau to make him aware of the issues. |

Method for meeting time changes was discussed. It was agreed that it is each team member's responsibility to read emails regularly and follow-up if they have any questions about when meetings will be held. It was also agreed that a "Next Meeting" section will be added to the Project Site. |
