Status on gathering information

We started our discussion by presenting each subgroup’s status :

• Mona, Jolin - Interviewing T/TAC staff

Some general observations:

Some staff thought it would be ready for uploading webshops this month. We need to manage expectations very carefully. How would one incorporate leave-behinds in a webshop?
Barriers: Staff don't understand online learning, need a webshop on that. 30-40% of end users have dial-up connections. Copyright issues. There are serious problems uploading and editing webshops.
