Topic: Team Norms |
The group decided upon Norms that were acceptable by all memebers. Shirely will construct the final document comprising of all the agreed upon norms and submit for posting to project site.

Topic: Vision and Mission |
It was decided that due to time constraints,
we would brainstorm ideas for the vision as well as mission statement
in the next meeting. |

| Roles and Responsibilities | We decided on several long-term roles as well as some rotating roles and responsibilities. We suspect these will change/expand when the project matter is more clear. The Facilitator's role remains the same as described in the last meeting. We have decided to break down the role of the Scribe into Scribe and Note Taker. The Scribe will be responsible for writing important issues as discussed on the whiteboard. The Note Taker will be responsible for recording the meeting minutes as well as posting the weekly status report. Webmaster and back-up responsibilities will remain as previously discussed. We added the role of Meeting Organizer. The Meeting Organizer will be responsible for finding a place to meet on the days we cannot meet in the Commerce building. Shirley volunteered to be responsible for this role. | ||
Topic: Project Site |
Kirk reviewed the directory structure with the group. The group has decided to use a structure similar to the previous semester project website. Jolin as volunteered to re-design the project site in the future when and if time permits. Robert suggested that we create a template of that structure through Dreamweaver. |
