TTAC Trainer (all actions are under the webshop SPACE)

Select Content Area to have a two-way communication with service providers and parents about a particular webshop.

Views a list of categorized content areas
i.e. assessment - behavior - collaborative/team building, etc.

Picks the specific webshop  
  Webshop appears with instructions, images, text, communication tools, etc.

Communicates with teachers via threaded discussion "To talk with others about this webshop, click here"

Submit Webshops to Database

Select the Submission Form to contribute a webshop for approval (this will appear within the webshop in the trainer path)

  
  Brings up the form for submitting content. The form contains the following: Content area, Name, Region, Subject, Description.
Fills out the information and attaches files containing content.

 
  Submission Form provides two options; "Clear Form" or "Submit Form" - Look at Subcases (1 & 2)

Chooses Submit Form option

 
  Confirms submission and notifies user that a TTAC representative will contact the user
  Provides options to return "Back to Webshops" or "Log Out (Exit)" the system, etc.
Selects one of the options  
 

-Takes user to their choice.
- When submission is made, a message is returned to the user stating that "content will be evaluated".
- A message will be sent to the content contributor to verify approval.

  The form and the content is sent to database and e-mail notification sent to Mary for webshop to be approved. Look at Subcase (3)
  Provides options "Back to Webshops" or "Log Out"

Subcase (2) to Clear Form

Subcase (3) Mary's Approval

  The form and the content is sent to database and e-mail notification sent to Mary for webshop to be approved.
Mary goes to the website and into the webshops area (look at the first use case in this page)  
  Provides option to "View Submitted Webshops" (This is for Mary to see only, this option will appear in the Webshop area before selecting a content area)
Clicks on "View Submitted Webshops"  
  Provides the submitted webshops
Selects a Webshop and views the content  
  Provides an option to "Edit"? (subcase 4), "Upload" (subcase 5), "Deny"
Chooses "Deny"  
 

Deletes the webshop from the system

  Brings up the submitted webshop
Makes changes to the content of the webshop

 
  Provides options to "Upload", "Cancel"

Subcase (5) Uploading a Webshop to the website by Mary

  Prompts user to choose content area of categories where the webshop will be placed. (Pop up window)
Chooses content area corresponding to the webshop and clicks on "Upload"

 
  Fosters a new webshop to the users on the website.
  Closes pop up window
  Prompts the user with an e-mail form to e-mail the content contributor and informing them that their content is approved and is now online.
