External Files:

Webmaster e-mail link need to be determined and is standard on each page.

The comments link goes to the area to solicit comments about the site submission form.

Notes for the Programmers:

The first and second menu bars are consistent throughout the service provider path.

The content is a work in progress.

The form will be put into a database that will track the users. It will also hold the data to remember the user's user name and password.

The submit button will take them to the webshop if the information is correct. If their password or user name is not correct the system will pop-up a widow that indicates that the information is not correct and will re-allow the user to enter the information.

The cancel button will take them back to the page where they choose to register or log-in.
