T/TAC Project Group Status Report

• Flowcharts
• Meeting with Shaungbao at 12:00 on Monday

T/TAC project subgroups worked on flowcharts this week and submitted them to Shaungbao. In our meeting Monday with Shaungao, we gave him the overarching flowcharts of the whole site. Then in subgroups and individually, team members worked on more detailed flowcharts to give to Shaungbao. In addition, the team worked with Brenda on designing a wireframe for the home page of the website.

Content for the webshops continues to be a difficult issue for team members. We have received several vendors' CD's, but see these as more of a resource for users and are not instructional in nature. There are several Power Point slide shows we can work from, but the team does not feel that a Power Point presentation alone is adequate webshop content.

Next steps:

• Developing Wireframes for each page
• Planning our presentation for the Innovations 2000 conference on Wednesday, April 4
• Preparing for the meeting with Mike and Mary, Tuesday, April 5
• Selecting a communication tool to use within Webshops
