T/TAC project subgroups
developed use cases and interface content models and got feedback from team
members. The suggested ideas to generate use cases and interface content models
are as follows:
- Private chat is not
necessary for individual consultation between a service provider and a T/TAC
coordinator. Using email is an appropriate way to communicate privately.
- It is not necessary for
T/TAC members to register. They only need their password to access the site.
They will enter their username and password before entering the site, not
at the webshop level.
- The users (service providers,
parents, and general users) will register when they access the webshops. Otherwise
they can access the site by simply entering their zip codes.
- It is better to work
on interface content models collaboratively if subgroups has similar use cases.
(Ex) consultation and follow up, asynch and synch discussions in different
paths. etc.
We overviewed the maps to
help Shaungbao understand a tentative hierarchy of the elements of the different
paths. In addition, we
discussed communication tool packages that are appropriate for T/TAC Online.
However, we did not decide whether we are going to buy a package or create the
tools, yet.
The following components
for poster presentation were discussed.
- A topic
- A representative Picture
of T/TAC Online
- Brief description/mission
- Flowchart
Next step:
- Developing Flowcharts
- Searching communication
tools
- Meeting with Shaungbao
on Monday next week
