This website was developed by a team of six graduate students enrolled in the Immersion Program of George Mason University’s Graduate School of Education. The team’s client, the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), engaged the instructional design students and Dr. Nada Dabbagh to develop a comprehensive training system for underground coal mine supervisors.
