Next Scenario
In

You and your partner
are planning to go to China together next year. The best time for you
to go will be March, 2001; however, for your partner, October 2001will
work out better. The good part is that both of you could be flexible and
are willing to make adjustment if necessary. You want to limit your budget
to $2,500 and your friend has planned about $4,000. Travel to China during
different seasons for different packages will cost accordingly very different
also. March, still cold, will certainly be cheaper than in October, the
golden tourist season. Suppose you will go in March and stay for 10 nights
11 days and visit 5 cities in China, the average cost is about $2,100;
Follow the same itinerary however in October, the expense will go up to
$2, 600. If you plan to stay in China around 20 days and visit 7 cities,
the price will be about $2,800 in March and $3, 300 in October. Of course,
you could find different price quote for different packages also. Most
will include meals, some only continental breakfast; some no food at all.
