The learning goals you create should not only include the skills that you would like to develop as a principal, but experiences that will exemplify attainments of these goals as well. For this reason it is important that you seek out the advice of your mentor as you develop these goals. To assist you in this process, examples of other students' learning goals are listed below:

Develop stronger leadership skills through attendance at state and national administration conferences.

Gain extensive knowledge of issues related to the school budget by attending and interacting with PTA and school board members.
