Resources
-- Ideas for Reflection Journal
You
should write in your journal at least once a week. Your entries should
provide insight into your development as a public school principal. Therefore,
these questions are not meant to limit the topics that you may want to
discuss, but serve as a guide for your entries. Some questions to consider
are:
- What strategies
seem to be the most helpful in achieving your learning goals?
- How would
you describe your performance as a principal? Strengths? Weaknesses?
- How would
you compare your performance as a principal to your peers? Your mentor?
- How do
the experiences you have had relate to your development as a public
school principal?
