Resources -- Portfolio Guide To demonstrate achievement of your learning goals and your competence as a principal, you will create a portfolio highlighting you experience throughout your internship. In your portfolio, you should explain how each product demonstrates your learning goals. Also, you should include the specific learning goals that each product represents. Finally, you should include a section identifying your strengths as weaknesses as a principal along with short- (six months) and long-term goals ( five years). The
portfolio will be due one month prior to the completion of this internship.
Also, a fifteen minute presentation should be prepared to demonstrate
to your peers, mentor, and building administrator how each product you
have included provides evidence of your competency as a principal. At
this time, your self-assessment rubric should be completed so that you,
your mentor, and your peers can evaluate your overall performance and
ability to meet each of your learning goals.
