Evaluation

Evaluation of your skills within this internship will be based on the following:

• Self-, peer-, and mentor-evaluation of your performance and achievement of your learning goals.
  
  
• A standardized rubric where both your practicum supervisor, and your building administrator will evaluate your performance and achievement of learning goals.
  
  
• A portfolio presentation to peers, your mentor, and building administration personnel that will provide evidence of your skills and will demonstrate your ability to think like a public school administrator.
  
  
• Participation in weekly meetings and bi-weekly online discussions with mentors, peers, and experts in the field.
  
  
• Weekly entries in a reflection journal documenting your experiences throughout the twelve month internship.
