| Your experience | I used a tally sheet to capture Uh and Um usage throughout the meeting. |
| Liked Best | People really appreciated knowing exactly how many times they Uh'd or Um'd. It was a real measurable accomplishment for some people who had made significant improvement since their last speech. |
