I have just gotten a job as a research assistant for Dr. Amaka Okechukwu doing archival searches for her Black Belt Brooklyn project. I am very excited to be working with newspaper materials. They are a lot of fun. Another development is that I will be helping the Library History Round Table as their social media coordinator this month. I am still thinking ahead to my dissertation and once again decided to completely change my direction. I decided that it is libraries I want to discuss, I should stick with that. Several of my projects have stalled, but I am feeling good about getting back at it. We had two weeks of the new semester which started for me with two classes online on Wednesdays. Then there was one class in person, and it was back to online for awhile.
