Summary of Relevant Experience

Elizabeth Fraser has over 15 years experience in technical and analytical writing, Web management and planning, reports, customer communications, and publications design.  For Northrop Grumman Corporation, Elizabeth developed a training effectiveness questionnaire for workforce development and has been coordinating a trade study for software tools to support process improvement appraisals (for CMMI).   Mrs. Fraser has worked on IT projects, criminal justice research, and publishing for the natural sciences.  For the Institute for Law and Justice, she maintained and designed websites; edited publications for international conferences; and oversaw production of online and print presentations.  At Mason, she has nearly completed a rigorous program in Information Technology with a minor in Chemistry (BS IT, GPA 3.75). 

Elizabeth also has substantial experience in client relations.  She understands IT requirements generation, has researched technical requirements, coordinated multi-media events, and trained federal grantees to use electronic meetings (listserv's).  In addition, she has used, in professional settings, ArcSoft Pstudio (graphics development), ASP, Javascript, VBA-Excel, and other Internet tools.  Mrs. Fraser has studied programming with PL SQL -- introductory level, Java --introductory level, and older languages --Pascal/Fortran/COBOL.

Previously, Mrs. Fraser maintained biochemical and geological databases for Byrd Press in Springfield, Virginia.  For USAB Berlin Public Safety, she gathered, analyzed, and presented Military Police and Training Accident statistical information periodically with graphical illustrations for senior command staff.  She has also worked for the banking industry and is fluent in German (competent in Spanish and French).
