n-Butane is a colorless gas with a odor similar to natural gasoline.  The CAS
 number for n-butane is 106-97-8 and it's also referred to as Butyl Hydride,
Diethyl, and Methylethylmethane.  It's a flammable gas and a flammable liquid. 
N-butane has a melting point of 58.1°, boiling point of 31°F, and a freezing point
of -217°F.  Exposure through inhalation of n-butane cause damage to the central
nervous system.*
