Xi Chen received her B.A. in Chinese Language & Literature from East China Normal University, Shanghai, China, in 1999 and her M.Ed. in Adult Education from George Mason University, in 2002.  Teaching Chinese as a foreign language is both her specific field of study and her personal interest.
