Mr. Zhang has a Bachelor degree and a Master degree in the Performing Arts from Nanjing College of Arts and Shanghai Theater Academy in the People's Republic of China.  In addition, he has a Master of Science Degree from Southern Illinois University in Mass Communications, and a Master of Arts Degree in Education from the George Washington University. He is certified to teach Chinese and Special Education in Virginia. Mr. Zhang has more than 13 years of international experience teaching Chinese, more than 8 years at the college level and 5 years at the high school level. He has also taught English as a second language in Fairfax County schools as well as acting and theater directing at the college level. Mr. Zhang has also made substantial professional contributions to professional organizations and the community to increase awareness about the Chinese culture and language.
