It is my plan as part of my intern work with MasonLife to work on designing an instrument which will be aid in evaluating whether student teachers in the program are incorporating EBPs that they have learned in their classes or professional development staff meetings.  I am also going to work on redesigning the instrument that is currently being used to evaluated pre-services teachers during their field work.  At this juncture of study I have had little experience with actual instrument design.
