Night Riots, formerly known as PK, originated from California. The band is comprised of 5 young guys playing on guitar, bass, drums, keyboards and synth boards. They are an alternative rock band, but consider themselves as gloom pop, with the undercurrent tones and sounds of Halloween, vampires and night time creatures. They have been compared to AFI, The Cure, U2 and vocals similar to Billy Idol. They are currently touring with the band The Mowgil's in the U.S. Their recent EP album Howl is now available on iTunes or Sound Cloud. One of my favorites is Oh My Heart.
