About

Jon Adams joined George Mason University in Spring 2020 as an Adjunct Professor in the Information Systems & Operations Management department at the School of Business. Jon has over 20 years’ experience in technical and management roles. He completed the Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity Engineering from SANS Technology Institute in 2019. He has earned multiple technical certifications including SANS GSEC, GCIH, GCIA, ISC2 CISSP, and Sec+. He also teaches Cybersecurity courses at Northern Virginia Community College. Jon is also a doctoral candidate in Cybersecurity at Marymount University.
