About Me

I am a Masters student (expected May 2023) in Computational Science in the Department of Computational and Data Sciences (CDS) at George Mason University. I received my Bachelor's degree from George Mason University in December 2018 with double-majors in CDS and in Neuroscience.

From June 2021 to June 2022 I was a trainee of the CASBBI NSF Research Traineeship (NRT) , where I served as a data science domain expert within a multidisciplinary group of graduate students. Throughout the NRT my team utilized design thinking and communication with community stakeholders to coordinate an institutional review board (IRB) approved study at George Mason University and present our findings related to mental health access and parity to diverse audiences (including "lay" audiences) via an animated digital story.

My interests include machine learning, statistical inference, and data science. My relevant completed graduate coursework in these areas include Scientific Databases , Time Series Analysis and Forecasting , Statistical Inference , Bayesian Inference and Decision Theory , and a Directed Reading and Research course on Image Operators with Professor Jason Kinser .
