Overview

This project develops regression-based, age-adjusted reference percentiles for whole-genome sequencing-derived telomere length using control cohorts from the TOPMed program.

Methods

• Development of regression-based age-adjusted WGS telomere length percentiles
• Application of reference percentiles to an interstitial lung disease cohort
• Kaplan-Meier survival analysis
• Cox proportional hazards modeling
• Comparison with continuous age-adjusted telomere length residuals
