| Teamwork is always a big part of being on a sports team. In order for me
to be successful in field hockey teamwork was essential. My teammates and I had
to work together as one in order to win games and to help one another improve
our skills in the sport. Whenever we play games we were always alert and
organized, because we were able to work as a whole and understand each other’s
opinions and ideas. Teamwork during field hockey relates to citizenship,
because to be an effective citizen you have to be willing to work with others,
and take opinions and criticism from others. |

me to work with others as a team who are interested in volunteering, and helping
our community out. I have strengthened my citizenship skills from this club, because it has
helped me to work with other members as a team towards an effective
cause. |
| By being a part of Peer Helpers I was able to work as a team with
my other co-workers, listening to their ideas and opinions and help students in
need. In a way this relates to the duties of President Barack Obama, because he
feels a sense of responsibility towards the people of our country, so by the
support of his cabinet members he is able to reach out to people in need. |
