Articles 1-12

            Through the first 12 articles there are many similarities, here is one specific example.  

Amendment IV of the Bill of Rights

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Article 12 of  the Declaration of Human Rights

No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

These two sections are written almost 150 years apart, but still the same rights are being described. These two portions, the Declaration and the Bill of Rights, protection is of the utmost importance. People have the right to protect what belongs to them, and countries should take the proper steps to enforce these rights.
